As a child, Chris used to sit in his living room and watch Julia Child on the television. “I loved her style and the way she had fun with food. I knew I wanted to be a chef at a very young age and used to cook and bake with my Mom regularly,” he tells us.

Chris grew up in the Manchester, NH area and graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT.

During culinary school he did a two-year internship at Shaker Village in Canterbury, NH. All of the food that they prepared was Farm to Table, local cuisine and Chris soon realized that it was the way that cooking should be done.

“I love working with farm fresh and local ingredients,” he says. “I want to develop a fun atmosphere with my food and cooking. To inspire people to think about where their food comes from and make good choices.” Taste Chris’s delicious creations and prepared meals at the Farm at Eastman’s Corner.
