Chef Kath Gallant and Health Coach Tracey Miller have joined forces and created Dig In Food Solutions to help folks get more creative and confident in the kitchen and experience the health benefits of eating local, whole food.
Kath has always been a champion of eating healthy and local. In 1995, she opened one of the first health food markets in the area. Sixteen years later the market was transformed into the Blue Moon Evolution Restaurant serving fresh, local organic fare. The restaurant has won dozens of awards but that does not mean Kath takes it easy. She is continually striving to find new ways to introduce people to fresh local food. “My goal is to give people the knowledge to make their own choices.” As a health coach, Tracey knows how challenging it can be for people to eat healthy. She started coaching women who needed guidance on what to cook and quickly found that they needed lessons on how to cook. She began organizing classes for moms in their homes.
