Farmers’ markets have returned to the Seacoast, offering fresh and local produce. Perhaps it is my overwhelming excitement, or maybe it is the months of “veggie anticipation,” but summer after summer, it is always amazing to see the variety of fresh bounty available come late spring and early summer. Whether you're a seasoned chef or an aspiring locavore, you'll find a variety of fruits and vegetables to please your palate and inspire your food creations.
