Enjoying bitters at home is easy; take your favorite drink and throw in a couple dashes of bitters.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Gin (Try Flag Hill Karner Blue, made with New Hampshire apples)
  • .75 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • .75 ounces simple syrup
  • 2 -3 dashes of bitters, homemade, local, or traditional

Preparation

Shake, then strain into a martini glass.
