- 12 ounces plain yogurt
- 4 ounces milk
- 1½ cups trimmed fresh strawberries (more for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon chopped preserved lemon
- 4 teaspoons honey
Pour all ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse slowly until mixture is blended. Then blend on high until the lassi is frothy. Pour into glasses. Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve immediately.
