Strawberry and Preserved Lemon Lassi

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces plain yogurt
  • 4 ounces milk
  • 1½ cups trimmed fresh strawberries (more for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped preserved lemon
  • 4 teaspoons honey

Preparation

Pour all ingredients in a blender. Cover and pulse slowly until mixture is blended. Then blend on high until the lassi is frothy. Pour into glasses. Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve immediately.
