- 2 ounces maple bourbon
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 ounce ginger simple
- Top with champagne and 10-12 candied cranberries
Pour the bourbon, cranberry juice, and ginger simple into a shaker. Shake well, then strain into a pint glass filled with ice. Top with champagne and candied cranberries.
Note: To make candied cranberries, soak the cranberries overnight in simple syrup. Then drain them and roll them in white sugar.
