- 1 tablespoon of orange oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 cups of light cream
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup each of flour and cornstarch
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
Put all the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, pour into a sauce pan and heat, stirring continuously until it is thickened like pudding, blend again, then place in a bowl and chill.
