- 2 ounces cucumber infused gin
- 8 mint leaves
- 4 watermelon chunks
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- Top with tonic
Place mint leaves, simple syrup and watermelon into a glass and muddle. Add ice and cucumber infused gin, then shake. Serve over ice, top with tonic.
About this recipe
Simple syrup is just equal parts sugar and water brought to a boil. You can add ingredients into the pot to flavor the simple syrup.
