- 3 avocados
- 1½ teaspoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Add the avocado flesh to a small bowl, and mash with a fork. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper, mixing to combine. Fold in the cilantro. Serve immediately or cover the flesh directly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat.
