Happy New Year!

We’re welcoming 2017 with a warm cup of bone broth, a hearty bunch of winter kale, and a series of recipes to use up that winter squash in new ways. This year we’re excited to bring more 30-minute meals, stories from our farmers and chefs, local restaurants to visit, and artisans to support. There is never a shortage of stories hiding within our local foodshed just waiting to be told. We’re looking forward to getting our hands dirty and digging up the roots to share them with you. New Hampshire and New England have a long history of nourishing small communities with local food and it is our continuing mission to bring that to your table.

If it’s your resolution this year to spend more time in the kitchen or more dollars locally, we have the tools to help make that resolution your lifestyle right here in our pages. Pay a visit to our advertisers, share your versions of our recipes with us on Facebook and Instagram, and pass this copy along to someone who may not have read it yet.
